Vegetable Soup

    Ingredients

    • 1 lb ground beef
    • 2 c onion, diced
    • 3 c beef bone broth
    • 2 c celery, diced
    • 2 c tomatoes, diced
    • 2 c carrots, diced
    • 2 c sweet potatoes, peeled and diced
    • ⅛ tsp Sea Salt
    • ⅛ tsp Black Pepper

    Directions

    In a large stock pot, brown ground beef and sauté onions. Drain fat, if necessary.

    Add beef broth, celery, tomatoes, carrots, sweet potatoes, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil. Then reduce heat, cover and cook 30-45 minutes.

    Top with fresh parsley, serve and enjoy!
