Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 c onion, diced
- 3 c beef bone broth
- 2 c celery, diced
- 2 c tomatoes, diced
- 2 c carrots, diced
- 2 c sweet potatoes, peeled and diced
- ⅛ tsp Sea Salt
- ⅛ tsp Black Pepper
Directions

In a large stock pot, brown ground beef and sauté onions. Drain fat, if necessary.

Add beef broth, celery, tomatoes, carrots, sweet potatoes, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil. Then reduce heat, cover and cook 30-45 minutes.

Top with fresh parsley, serve and enjoy!
