Wilted Garlic Spinach

    Ingredients

    • 8 cups fresh organic spinach
    • 3 cloves garlic, minced
    • 1 T approved oil or butter

    Directions

    Melt butter over medium heat.

    Sauté garlic until lightly brown and fragrant

    Add spinach until it starts to wilt, then remove from heat as it will continue to cook.

    Serve!
