Sweet Potato Hash

    Ingredients

    • 1 lb ground sausage
    • 1 sweet potato
    • 1-2 T Rosemary

    Directions

    Peel and cut sweet potatoes into bite sized pieces. Boil just until tender.

    Brown sausage while sweet potatoes are cooking.

    Drain Sausage, and add it back to pan along with sweet potatoes.

    Sprinkle in Rosemary and cook an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally to blend flavor.
