Sweet & Salty Plantains

    Ingredients

    • 1 Ripe and a bit splotchy plantain
    • 1 T coconut oil or Kerrygold butter
    • Course Sea Salt, to taste

    Directions

    Cut plantains into bite-sized pieces.

    Heat oil or butter and lightly brown on each side.

    Remove from heat and salt.

    You must wait for them to cool, but it will be hard!
