Salmon Lettuce Wrap

    Ingredients

    • 4 oz of wild caught salmon
    • Salt and pepper, to taste
    • Lettuce leaf
    • 1/4 of avocado
    • 1 strip of cooked bacon (optional)

    Directions

    Season salmon with salt and pepper.

    Put in a 350 F oven in parchment paper for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through. If using canned salmon, skip cooking.

    Lay on a lettuce leaf with ¼ avocado and 1 strip of bacon (bacon optional).
