Sea Salt Toasted Coconut Flakes

    Ingredients

    • 2 c organic unsweetened coconut flakes
    • 1/2 - 1 T monk fruit
    • Coarse sea salt, to taste

    Directions

    Preheat oven to 350 F.

    Lay the coconut flakes on a cookie sheet.

    Lightly spritz with coconut or avocado oil (optional).

    Sprinkle the sweetener evenly over the flakes.

    Bake 3-5 minutes or until light golden brown (they burn very easily so watch them!)

    Store in an airtight container.
