Avocado Chicken Salad

Ingredients
- 2 whole soft avocados (Remove pit and dice)
- 4 boneless chicken thighs, chopped
- 1/2 c red onion, chopped
- A squeeze of Lime juice
- Butter or Romaine lettuce leaves
- Garlic (powder or crushed)
- 1/2 c cilantro, chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions

Cook and chop up chicken thighs.

Mix all ingredients in a bowl and serve this with either butter or romaine lettuce leaves OR you can refrigerate to enjoy later.
