Avocado Chicken Salad

  • Serving Size2-3


    • 2 whole soft avocados (Remove pit and dice)
    • 4 boneless chicken thighs, chopped
    • 1/2 c red onion, chopped
    • A squeeze of Lime juice
    • Butter or Romaine lettuce leaves
    • Garlic (powder or crushed)
    • 1/2 c cilantro, chopped
    • Salt and pepper, to taste



    Cook and chop up chicken thighs.


    Mix all ingredients in a bowl and serve this with either butter or romaine lettuce leaves OR you can refrigerate to enjoy later.
