Eggs, Spinach, & Avocado Breakfast

    Ingredients

    • 2 - 3 eggs (pastured)
    • 2 c of fresh organic spinach
    • 1/4 to 1/2 avocado
    • 1 - 2 T salsa, no sugar added
    • Salt and pepper, to taste
    • Other herbs and spices, as desired (without artificial flavorings or additives)
    • 2 tsp approved oil

    Directions

    Cook eggs and spinach separately or together in the style you desire.

    Season eggs and spinach as desired with herbs and spices.

    Top with avocado and salsa. Serve and Enjoy!
