Garden Vegetable Beef Skillet

    Ingredients

    • 1 lb. grass-fed ground beef or ground turkey
    • 2 c fresh green beans
    • 1 zucchini, chopped
    • 2 tomatoes, chopped
    • 2 c mushrooms, sliced
    • 1 onion, chopped
    • 1 tsp. dried oregano
    • Salt & pepper, to taste
    • Slap Ya Mama seasoning (a great option in place of oregano)
    • 2 T of approved oil

    Directions

    Cook ground beef(or turkey) and onion in a skillet over medium heat with approved oil until meat is no longer pink. Drain grease from meat.

    Mix in vegetables, oregano and salt & pepper. Continue to cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes.

    Remove from heat and serve hot.
