Bacon Turkey Burger

    Ingredients

    • 16 ounces of pastured ground turkey
    • 4 strips of uncooked nitrate free, sugar free bacon
    • 2 T melted grassfed butter
    • 1 avocado
    • 1 T Slap Yo Mama seasoning or preferred seasoning, to taste
    • Approved oil for cooking patties

    Directions

    Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix until combined.

    Form into 4 patties.

    Heat a skillet on medium-high heat and cook patties until middle is no longer pink (about 6 minutes per side).

    Serve over a bed of greens and add avocado.
