Best Waffles Eva
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup arrowroot powder
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1 cup brown rice flour
- 1 cup oat flour
- 1.5 tsp salt
- 3 droppers SweetLeaf Liquid Stevia
- 3 tsp. vanilla
- 4 eggs
- 3 cups of unsweetened milk of choice (I use 1/2 coconut milk & half almond milk)
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2T Apple Cider Vinegar

Whisk, DO NOT BLEND (they will be flat if you blend), until there are no more lumps.

Cook in waffle iron. I also found that after my iron was ready, leaving them in for 2 more minutes yielded the most amazing crispy outside and moist inside!
