Best Waffles Eva


    • 1/2 cup arrowroot powder
    • 1/2 cup coconut flour
    • 1 cup brown rice flour
    • 1 cup oat flour
    • 1.5 tsp salt
    • 3 droppers SweetLeaf Liquid Stevia
    • 3 tsp. vanilla
    • 4 eggs
    • 3 cups of unsweetened milk of choice (I use 1/2 coconut milk & half almond milk)
    • 2 tsp baking powder
    • 1/2 cup butter
    • 2T Apple Cider Vinegar



    Whisk, DO NOT BLEND (they will be flat if you blend), until there are no more lumps.


    Cook in waffle iron. I also found that after my iron was ready, leaving them in for 2 more minutes yielded the most amazing crispy outside and moist inside!
