Feta and Spinach Turkey Meatballs

  • Serving SizeServes 4 (3 meatballs per serving)

    Ingredients

    • 1 lb ground turkey
    • 1 egg
    • 3 c spinach or 3 handfuls, chopped
    • 1/2 c Full Fat Feta Cheese
    • 1/2 tsp garlic powder or two cloves, minced
    • 1/2 tsp black pepper

    Directions

    Preheat oven to 350 F and prepare a large baking sheet.

    In a medium-large bowl, combine all ingredients and hand mix together.

    Form 12 meatballs and place on sheet.

    Bake for 25-28 minutes, the tops should be a little golden.
