Feta and Spinach Turkey Meatballs
- Serving SizeServes 4 (3 meatballs per serving)
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 egg
- 3 c spinach or 3 handfuls, chopped
- 1/2 c Full Fat Feta Cheese
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder or two cloves, minced
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Directions

Preheat oven to 350 F and prepare a large baking sheet.

In a medium-large bowl, combine all ingredients and hand mix together.

Form 12 meatballs and place on sheet.

Bake for 25-28 minutes, the tops should be a little golden.
