Pork Sausage & Cauliflower with Egg

- 2 lbs pastured pork sausage
- 4 c riced cauliflower (buy in bags already crumbled or break down in your food processor)
- 8 eggs (optional)

Brown your pork sausage

Scramble 8 eggs, separately

Combine the eggs, sausage, and cauliflower.

Cook until combined and Serve!
