Pork Sausage & Cauliflower with Egg

    Ingredients

    • 2 lbs pastured pork sausage
    • 4 c riced cauliflower (buy in bags already crumbled or break down in your food processor)
    • 8 eggs (optional)

    Brown your pork sausage

    Scramble 8 eggs, separately

    Combine the eggs, sausage, and cauliflower.

    Cook until combined and Serve!
