Protein Balls

    Ingredients

    • 1/2 c Fit365 vanilla or chocolate protein powder
    • Stevia, to taste (optional – you may find it plenty sweet without stevia)
    • 2 T Coconut flour 
    • 1 T Coconut oil
    • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract 
    • 4 T almond butter
    • 1 T Water or unsweetened almond milk (more or less)

    Directions

    In a small bowl, mix together protein powder and coconut flour.

    In a separate bowl, mix together vanilla, stevia, and oil.

    Mix both mixtures together.

    Slowly add in water or milk, tablespoon by tablespoon to get the perfect consistency. (The mix should be doughy-not too wet, but not crumbling)

    Form into balls and store in the fridge.
