Quinoa Patties
- Serving Size3 (1/2 c of cooked quinoa per serving)
Ingredients
- 1.5 cups cooked quinoa
- 1/5 T coconut flour
- 3 egg whites
- 1 stock kale, shredded small & remove stalk
- ¾ tsp salt
- ¾ tsp garlic powder
- 1 T butter for sautéing

Cook quinoa and measure out 1.5 cups of cooked quinoa..

Add flour, egg whites, shredded kale, salt and garlic powder.

Batter should be fairly runny. Melt butter in pan and drop batter by spoonful onto pan. Cook on each side until browned.
