Pan Fried Cinnamon “Sugar” Plantains

Ingredients
- 2 ripe plantains, sliced into rounds
- 2 T ghee or Kerrygold butter
- 2 T Lakanto granular monkfruit
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- pinch of salt
Directions

Heat a skillet to medium-high heat. Add ghee or butter.

Once skillet is hot, add plantains.

Cook for 2-3 minutes then flip and sprinkle with cinnamon and monkfruit.

Sprinkle with a pinch of salt. Serve immediately.
