Pan Fried Cinnamon “Sugar” Plantains

    Ingredients

    • 2 ripe plantains, sliced into rounds
    • 2 T ghee or Kerrygold butter
    • 2 T Lakanto granular monkfruit
    • 1 tsp cinnamon
    • pinch of salt

    Directions

    Heat a skillet to medium-high heat. Add ghee or butter.

    Once skillet is hot, add plantains.

    Cook for 2-3 minutes then flip and sprinkle with cinnamon and monkfruit.

    Sprinkle with a pinch of salt. Serve immediately.
