    Ingredients

    • 1 egg
    • 2 scoops vanilla FIT 365 Protein powder
    • ½ tsp cinnamon
    • ½ tsp vanilla extract
    • ½ T coconut flour
    • ¼ c almond or coconut milk

    Directions

    Mix all together and add milk slowly so batter is still full and not too runny.
