5– Ingredient Slow Cooker Steak Fajitas

Ingredients
- 2 lbs grass-fed beef, sliced
- 1-2 bell peppers, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 20 oz salsa (no sugar added)
- 2 T fajita seasoning (homemade Fajita seasoning recipe below)
For Homemade Fajita Seasoning:
- 1 T chili powder
- 1 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes

Add salsa to bottom of the slow cooker.

Add beef, onion, bell pepper, and fajita seasoning. Stir to mix well.

Cook LOW 6-8 hours or HIGH 3-4 hours.
For Homemade Fajita Seasoning:

Combine all ingredients in a bowl, stirring well. Store in an airtight container up to 4 weeks.
