    Ingredients

    • 1 cup Walnuts
    • 1 cup macadamia nuts or pecans
    • 1 cup almonds
    • 1/2 c. Unsweetened shredded Coconut (optional)
    • ¼ cup cacao nibs
    • 1/4 cup blueberries

    Directions

    Toast nuts and coconut in a single layer at 250 for 7-15 minutes being sure not to burn. It may be easier to do this on 2 separate pans.

    Add cacao nibs to mixture.

    Measure out ½ cup per serving sizes.

    Add your favorite nut milk. Top with blueberries.
