Chicken BLT Bowl

    Ingredients

    • 12 ounces chicken
    • 6 cups romaine lettuce
    • 1 large avocado
    • 12 cherry tomatoes
    • Half a cucumber
    • Cilantro (to taste)
    • 6 strips of bacon
    • 3oz feta cheese (optional)

    Directions

    Cook  bacon until it’s nice & crispy.

    Reserve 1T grease from bacon and cook cut chicken until done.

    Chop everything into bite-sized squares and combine into a bowl.

    Crumble feta cheese over the top. (optional step)

    Add 1/4 avocado to each serving.
