Cauliflower Pizza Crust

    Ingredients

    • 2 cups riced cauliflower
    • 1 garlic clove, minced
    • 1 tsp onion powder
    • 1 tsp salt
    • 1 tsp Italian herbs
    • 3 T coconut flour
    • 2 eggs

    Preheat oven to 400 F.

    Steam riced cauliflower and cool enough to be able to handle.

    Wring out as much water as possible with a cheesecloth or thin dish towel. You want it as dry as possible. (or use a potato ricer to squeeze out all of the water)

    Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.

    Combine cauliflower with all other ingredients and divide into 2 equal parts.

    Cook 20-30 minutes or until golden brown.

    Top with pesto sauce, veggies, or toppings of your choice. Enjoy!
