    Ingredients

    • 2 slices of Applegate or other uncured/pastured/nitrate-free bacon
    • 2 tomato slices
    • Lettuce of your choice as a wrap (or use a coconut wrap...we love NUCO)
    • 1/4 avocado or 1 Tbsp homemade mayo (see our Homemade Mayo recipe in the Condiments section, link below)

    Directions

    Lay your lettuce or coconut wrap flat and fill with toppings.

    Roll the wrap and enjoy!
