Jen teaches a myriad of yoga styles including: Ashtanga Primary Series, Vinyasa Flow, Power Yoga, Gentle yoga and Restorative yoga.
Her goals with teaching others yoga is to bring students joy, growth, and understanding in their experiences, especially for beginners, to the yoga practice. This can be through assisting her clients in their recovery, introducing them to a new physical, and mental practice, or assisting continued growth within their own respective practices.
