The simplicity of this program was birthed out of Day 5 of sheltering in place, when I found myself staring mindlessly in my pantry for the 4th time that day.

And I grabbed a snack. No big deal, right?

So what was the problem? I wasn’t hungry, just…out of routine, trying to figure out the new days I was suddenly forced to face, I chose to eat anyway.

I did the same thing the next day. And the next.
