Please understand that all meal plans are to be seen as a template and not meant to be an individualized nutrition program. Each and every meal plan is a possible place for you to begin if you need help getting started with meals, meal pairing, recipes, etc.
I am not a nutritionist or dietician and cannot individually diagnose, treat, or create a meal plan specific to your needs. My goal is to help you understand how foods affect your body. This is called intuitive eating so you can decide what works best for your individual needs.
If, for instance, you eat a sweet potato at lunch, and you then get super sleepy, this may be a sign you are sensitive to carbs. You'll see in our meal plans that most slow-digesting carbohydrates are in the evenings. This is because many women do so well with carbs in the evenings. You may want to try it as written, but you ultimately have complete control over your health.
Please seek the help of a registered dietician if you have a chronic illness or other issue that requires specialized help.
