Masters of Science in Yoga Therapy

Jen teaches a myriad of yoga styles including: Ashtanga Primary Series, Vinyasa Flow, Power Yoga, Gentle yoga and Restorative yoga.

Her goals with teaching others yoga is to bring students joy, growth, and understanding in their experiences, especially for beginners, to the yoga practice. This can be through assisting her clients in their recovery, introducing them to a new physical, and mental practice, or assisting continued growth within their own respective practices.

Not all exercises are suitable for everyone. If you are concerned about whether the exercises in this or any other exercise program are right for you, do not perform them until you have been cleared by your physician especially if you are overweight, pregnant, nursing, regularly taking medications, or have any other existing medical or health conditions.
