Hi, I’m Lisa Arendell!

I help women concerned about the future of their health transform their bodies, energy, and hormones so they can leave a better legacy.

After being diagnosed with 2 autoimmune conditions and 2 congenital heart defects, I got serious about advocating for my own health and finding solutions to heal my symptoms.

As it became crazy obvious that many of my clients were concerned about their autoimmune conditions or poor family history, I was able to share my research and knowledge on all that has helped me gain back my health and vitality (such an over-used word, but it absolutely encompasses where I am today). 

As a certified Integrative Women’s Health Coach, a Nutrition Coach, a certified NASM personal trainer, and with my Master’s in Exercise Science, I’ve spend a lottta time understanding how our bodies work and respond to the foods we consume, the exercises we choose – and how very crucial mindset is to how it all works.
