Your doing everything right. I get it! So was I. 

My early years of adulthood were spent eating “healthy” yet still feeling sluggish, dealing with bloat and belly fat, excruciating stomach pains that would land me in the ER, and not understanding exactly why since I “never really ate much, and ate healthy all day.”
